Throughout the weekend, we work with guided visualization and healing processes, sacred rituals, nature walks, a fire ceremony and moving meditation to music & sound blessings as well as creative painting. This group work is created to be a positive and supportive environment.
This beautiful retreat centre is nestled on a 125-acre property in the magnificent Laurentian mountains, in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, approximately 100 km from Montreal.
The property’s peaceful atmosphere, the private lake, stunning view from the cliffs, mountains and forest hiking trails are exceptionally beautiful and inspire calm and profound relaxation in all who visit. The silence, pure mountain air, and direct contact with nature are constant sources of inspiration. For those of you who are traveling, enjoy some time in Montreal to capture its uniquely expressive culture before or after the retreat if you choose!

Arrival Friday Evening at 4:00pm for check in. Supper is at 6:30pm. After Supper, enjoy a fire ceremony as our opening space with the galactic dragons to receive your sacred knowledge and to be the guiding light in our hearts, with the breath of Awen and connecting to these high dimensional frequencies of love.
Saturday : Breakfast at 8:00am.
After breakfast we gather in the yoga room, entering into this beauty luminous space of the Archangels who assist humanity, to become a beacon of light, as we heal with the Crystal Angels 444 through the divine power of heaven & earth to feel nurtured, supported and tap into the healing light of your heart with Saraswati Healing™️. This incredible space is the angelic light, powerful, yet gentle. Feel this divine support that we need to heal, and embrace our authentic voice and truth of who we are.
After lunch the inspiration comes with the Goddess Cerridwen, known as the cauldron, representing transformation, wisdom, and inspiration, and the moon, symbolizing cycles and intuition. We enjoy a beautiful relaxing nature walk around the property being open to oneself, to spirit, to Mother Earth, connecting to Awen, to the fairy, the foe, the magic, while diving deep into sacred dance and Merlin as our guide receiving his wisdom. There will be a journaling exercise of inspiration we will share as well as an Altar offering and perhaps some sacred dance. Get excited for this!!
The evening is free time for you as well as supper served!

After breakfast: A beautiful celebration of playful wisdom, authentic self expression and sacred feminine empowerment as we awaken our inner priestess, the joyful space of believing in our worth, our desitny, and the incredible beings that heal and love all beings on this earth. She is transformation, powerful, awakening spirit. She is her voice that is the courage, the playful space that transforms and creates profound benefit. She lives and breathes connecting to the earth and spirit above. You will meet your inner priestess this day and will communicate with her, for she has much to share with you and loves you unconditionally. This is also part of Saraswati Healing, which has been divinely channeled by Alana Fairchild, helping you to your own self expression authentic self, receiving spiritual growth, divine truth, awakening your heart to the connection of the healing power of heaven and earth.
After lunch, Unleash your inner dragon with Jeanne Beaudry. She is a beautiful intuitive woman and friend, mother of 2, artist, yogini, and bohemian witch.
We have a magical strength inside! We will be painting from our hearts. Discover its colors, textures and shapes in this creativity workshop guided by Jeanne. We will play with different mediums to unleash this powerful dragon within on a 12×16 inches canvas.
All material included, no art experience necessary.
Meals are included in the price. There are 6 vegetarian meals and Kio-o resort does take into account dietary restrictions: gluten free and dairy free if any. The food is amazing!!
Cost is $555.00, which includes 2 nights accommodations, and 6 vegetarian meals for a shared room.
$666.00 for a single room, ( which are limited and come first come first serve) for the 2 nights accommodations and includes 6 vegetarian meals. Cost doesn’t include travel or transportation to the resort. Most people in the past rent a car or group together. There is also a waiver form that will have to be completed to finalize registration.

What to bring.
The Kio-o resort offers cushions, zabutons, chairs, floor chairs, tables, yoga mats, cork blocks, straps, etc. Everything you need for our day
Journal, pen, water bottle, something for the altar which can be piece of jewelry, a photo, crystal, anything that speaks to your heart. Comfy clothes, slippers or socks, sweater, and of-course your travel needs, suitcases, etc.
