Wiper and True x The Pukka Peacock: Indian Inspired Cuisine & Beer Pairing

We're delighted to be joined by The Pukka Peacock, for an evening of exceptional indian-inspired cuisine, and Beautiful Beer.

The Pukka Peacock is one of Bristol's new, independent, family-run restaurants. A cosy, 20-cover space on the up & coming Sandy Park Road of Brislington, the vastly experienced Chef Dhayalan Paul, is welding a little magic within this, his local community, in South Bristol. 'Authentic South Indian food', 'home cooking' & 'a local hidden gem' are some of what the recent guest reviews say. And of course, they serve some beautiful Wiper and True beers!

Indian food and beer have often walked hand in hand and now we take it to the next level, matching some of Chef Dhayalan's fresh, innovative & flavourful dishes with our exciting beers.

You'll be treated to a five course menu, expertly crafted and presented by chef Dhayalan, owner and head chef of The Pukka Peacock. Each course will be accompanied with a Wiper and True beer, selected to perfectly compliment the dish infront of you.

We've invited one of our knowledgable brewers to come along and guide you through this experience, providing insight into the brewing process, and flavours that inspired the pairings.

So join us for a casual and informative dining experience at our intimate neighbourhood bar, nestled in the heart of St Werburghs, The Barrel Store.

Tickets are £65 per person, and include 5 courses, and 5 ⅓'s of Wiper and True Beer.
