🍞Sourdough Workshop is back!!!
Join us at Sharpe’s Creative as Julie walks you through the process of creating your own sourdough. If you missed out on another session, this is your chance to get in on the action!
What You’ll Learn & Do:
✔️ Receive an active sourdough starter and learn how to maintain it
✔️ Learn the full process of making sourdough, with hands-on guidance
✔️ Understand fermentation techniques to speed up or slow down dough development
✔️ Shape a pre-fermented dough and prep your own dough for proofing
✔️ Take home two loaves—one for cold proofing and one for bulk fermentation
✔️ Get a glossary of sourdough terms, a written recipe, and workshop notes
Instructor Will Provide:
âś… Active sourdough starter & jar (yours to keep!)
âś… Vessel with cheesecloth to act as a banneton (yours to keep!)
âś… All ingredients needed to make a loaf
âś… Rubber gloves, baby wipes, spray bottles
âś… Bench scrapers, scales, bowl covers, stirring spatulas
Participants Should Bring:
🔹 A bowl for mixing dough
🔹 An apron (optional but recommended)
This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the art of sourdough bread making and take home everything you need to keep baking. Spots are limited, so book now!
