Real Talk About Teens & Social Media Safety

The City of St. Petersburg, Parks & Recreation, and the St. Pete Police Department are teaming up to have open, honest conversations with parents and their teens about the impact of social media.

These free, one-hour sessions will take place at recreation centers across the city and are designed to create a safe space for young people to share their experiences, ask questions, and learn how to navigate social media healthily and informally.

Parents and teens are encouraged to attend the session in the neighborhood closest to their home. Registration is not required for the in-person sessions.
