🇺🇸 MURPH Memorial Workout – May 26th @ CFSTC 🇺🇸
First heat kicks off at 6:00 AM sharp!
Join us for our annual MURPH Memorial Workout – a powerful tradition that brings our community together to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all fallen service members. This event is open to all members, family, and friends – whether you're here for the workout, the camaraderie, or just to cheer everyone on.
💪 What’s MURPH?
MURPH is a classic CrossFit Hero WOD that consists of:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
(You may split the reps however you'd like – and scaling is always welcome! Partner up, do a half MURPH, or modify movements to suit your level.)
🍔 Community BBQ & Potluck
After the hard work, it’s time to relax and celebrate with some good food and great company! We’ll be hosting a potluck-style BBQ right at the gym following the workouts.
CFSTC will provide bratwurst and other BBQ essentials
You bring your favorite side dish, dessert, or beverages to share!
A sign-up sheet will be available soon on the gym bulletin board – please jot down what you’re bringing so we can make sure we have a great spread!
