Precision Hydration Information Evening

Hi all,
We have someone from Precision Fuel and Hydration on island in a few weeks who has offered to do a session with the club on the basics of fuelling and hydration.
We have booked out the Rockmount sports bar from 6.30pm on Tuesday 12th August.
There will be free samples for you to take home and a Q&A for any questions you might have.
Food can be pre-ordered, please add your food in the comments below by Friday 8th August.
