Mind Body and Soul Sessions

The next 6 week block of Mind, Body and Soul sessions are kicking off next Tuesday!

This morning practice is more than just an exercise class (although trust me, your muscles will feel it too).

Every week is in tune with the energy around us and within us, using movement, mindfulness and intention setting.

We work with our bodies, not against them. Gently waking up our muscles and bringing our awareness out of our minds and into our body.

No experience necessary, this is your ritual and we will go at your pace.
