Guernsey Tri - SuperTri Triple Mix

Our first ever SuperTri style event. This will be a two race series.


Event Format

3 separate races, 5 minutes rest in between:

1. Classic: Swim – Bike – Run
2. Reverse: Run – Bike – Swim
3. Mixup: Bike – Swim – Run

Distances

• Swim: approx. 225m
• Bike: approx. 4km
• Run: approx. 1.3km

Timing

• 1800: Registration
• 1820: Briefing
• 1830: Race Start
• 1955: Races end
