Guernsey Tri - Super Tri Mix

Our first ever super tri style event. This will be a two race series. Entries open next week.

Event Format
3 separate races, 5 minutes rest in between:
1. Classic: Swim – Bike – Run
2. Reverse: Run – Bike – Swim
3. Mixup: Bike – Swim – Run

Distances

Single distance/format: “Multi”
One overall which is hopefully competitive for the more serious senior competitive athletes but also achievable for those just looking to enjoy it.
• Swim: approx. 200m
• Bike: approx. 4km
• Run: approx. 1.3km

• 1800: Registration
• 1820: Briefing
• 1830: Race Start
• 1955: Races end
