💪 24 Hero WODs in 24 Hours for Charity 💪
�We’re taking on an epic challenge: 1 CrossFit Hero workout every hour for 24 hours — all to raise money and awareness for an incredible cause, The Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation.

This charity provides vital support to families with premature babies, giving them hope and strength during their toughest moments.

A hero workout is a CrossFit workout that commemorates someone within the CrossFit community, often member of the armed forces that has lost their life in the line of duty, making the workout a memorial and celebration of their life.

🏋️Join us for a workout (or several!) — or just show your support by donating. The workouts can be made accessible for any age or level so absolutely anyone can join in! Let’s come together as a community and make a difference!
