Self-Defense Workshop

Basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu moves to use in self-defense situations. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that uses leverage and joint manipulation to overcome an attacker’s strength. It’s one of the most efficient self-defense technique, since the size of the attacker is not a concern when you know how to apply the techniques properly.
