Our Journeys: Multicultural Stories of Healing & Recovery speaker training is a training for speakers to learn how to craft and share their personal mental health journey to foster understanding and raise awareness, and connect others to resources through cultural storytelling in their communities. This training is a combination of three interactive online

sessions (Two and a half hours per session) on Oct. 9th, 14th &16th.


Date: Tuesday & Thursdays, October 9th, 14th & 16th 2025

Time: 6:00-8:30 PM
