About the event

Newly added Tai Chi Class

We've added an additional Tai Chi class on Wednesdays at 10:30 AM in the Balance and Breath Studio. All skill levels are welcome! Starting the week of May 28th, Tai Chi will be offered on both Monday and Wednesday.

Make sure to register—spots will fill up quickly
