The Belly Dance Discover & Dance: Beginner to Intermediate series aims to work on essential body awareness, basic posture, planes of movement, props, counts and rhythms, history, and relation to space while learning and practicing the basic technique of oriental dance. * We break down movements and review moves in every class.

Beginner level. Drop-ins Ins welcome!!!!
