Capsen has 18 years of extensive IT experience, specializing in full-stack development, mobile applications, and cloud architecture solutions across government, finance, energy, and education sectors. He is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Brisbane City Council (CIAM), focusing on identity and access management with expertise in Azure AD B2C, OIDC, and OAuth. Previously, he led mobile and backend development at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and worked as a Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks, driving agile practices and software delivery optimization. As a certified AWS and Azure Solutions Architect, Capsen has deep expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure optimization, and he is passionate about AI, IoT, chatbots, and smart applications.
