Wine Tasting Dinner 🍷 A Taste of the Andes

Join us for a one-night-only wine tasting dinner at Hammett’s Mestizo in collaboration with Cleland & Souchet, featuring two of South America’s most iconic wineries: Kaiken (Argentina) and Montes (Chile).

We are delighted to welcome Juan Pablo Velasco, Montes Brand Ambassador, who will personally guide guests through the tasting, sharing stories of Chile’s winemaking heritage and the legacy of Montes wines.

Guests will be seated at communal tables of 8, creating the perfect atmosphere to share, connect, and enjoy the wines together.
Enjoy a welcome aperitif with canapés, followed by a sharing-style dinner where each course is perfectly paired with premium wines:

- Montes Sauvignon Blanc Limited Selection (Leyda Valley, Chile) – with canapés
- Kaiken Ultra Chardonnay (Argentina) – with ceviche clásico & tuna tataki
- Montes Alpha Carmenere (Chile) – with chicken tamal & oyster mushroom carnitas
- Kaiken Ultra Malbec (Argentina) – with beef picanha & sides
- Dessert: Tres Leches
