Join the Ancient Order of Hibernians at the Celtic Street Faire on September 13 for a unique whiskey tasting event, sponsored by The Whiskey Snug in Weston, Missouri.
We’ll be blind tasting, comparing, and discussing representative pours of bourbon, Scotch, rye, and Irish whiskeys (not the ones in the picture above, so don’t try pre-gaming!). You’ll have a chance to identify each of our whiskeys at the end, and if you identify them all correctly, your name will be entered into a drawing for a bottle of top shelf bourbon (TBD-but we promise you won’t be disappointed).
Our special event will once again be held in the vault of the German American building, thanks to Mosaic Life Care, and will consist of two seatings limited to 20 participants at each seating. The cost of the event is $35. A link for signups will be posted soon, and we will update this event for seating times. Our special events have been popular and well attended in the past, and we expect the same this year!
Then stay for the rest of the Faire, with our special musical guests The Elders, and our customary beer, wine, and whiskey tasting area. The Celtic Ranch will also be on hand this year with fun and unique Irish themed merchandise for purchase.
