Move With Us! @ Rock Island (West) Trail

Join our in-person St. Joe FIT walk at this week's featured trail: Rock Island (West) Trail! Participants can walk, run, or ride a bike, and don't forget to bring friends, family, and even your dog!
Staff will be there to help you get started from 5:30 - 6:00 PM at the REC Center.

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, loose/cool clothing, and bring water!
