As the Sturgeon Moon rises—a moon of strength, clarity, and perseverance—we’ll gather in its steady glow to release what’s heavy, soften into stillness, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Let waves of sound wash over you—gongs, crystal bowls, voice, and guided rest weaving together to calm the nervous system and awaken the inner tides. This is a space to breathe deeply, listen inward, and honor the resilience carried in your body and spirit.

Held with care and open to all, this 90-minute journey invites you to pause, receive, and realign. No experience needed—just bring yourself, a blanket or eye pillow, and whatever helps you feel grounded and cozy.
