Zumba Gold with Kelly- 4 Week Session 1: Mondays, August 18th- September 15th- 12:30pm-1:30pm

Zumba Gold is designed for active older adults as well as individuals new to fitness who are looking for a modified, low-impact Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. This class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

When: Mondays, August 18th-September 15th (No class September 1st)
Time: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Where: St. John Parks Building, 9350 Hack St., Building 2

Fee: $30 per participant
