About the event

YOGA at the LAKE

YOGA at the LAKE is every Monday night at 6pm at the beautiful Rockwood Park Interpretation Centre. When the weather allows, classes will be held outside! Class is cancelled on holidays.
This 60 minute class is guided by volunteer yoga instructors. Everyone is welcome. All you need to bring is a mat and maybe a blanket. If you have blocks or bolsters feel free to bring them as well.
YOGA at the LAKE is a community enrichment program supported by Lily Lake Pavilion - a registered charity.
