We might be lucky enough to have YOGA at the LAKE outside tonight at 6. Join Tracey as she guides a 60 minute Hatha class at the beautiful Rockwood Park Interpretation Centre. Bring you mat and a blanket and enjoy this drop in donation class. YOGA at the LAKE is a community program supported by the Lily Lake Pavilion. See you at the LAKE!
