Running a business can get lonely. Most days, it’s just you—making decisions, solving problems, and talking yourself through it all.

That’s why I started Roundabout two years ago: to have real conversations with women who get it. It’s not networking; it’s community. No pitches, no pressure. Just connection, laughter, and honest conversations about what it’s really like to build something on your own.

One woman calls it her monthly staff meeting, and honestly, that’s exactly what it feels like.
