Mindfulness movement and breath will offer space to explore your mind, body and soul, focusing on deep body awareness and sensation. A breath centered practice, Tao Yin aims to revitalize and calm the mind and body by connecting with the elements of nature, fostering a sense of inner peace. Settling into each pose for extended periods raises self-awareness, creating space to increase flexibility, mobility, release tension and balance our body’s life force energy. Balanced life force energy can restore vitality, calm the nervous system, and reduce stress while cultivating a state of connection with the natural world, encouraging connection of all parts of our being to cultivate cohesiveness within ourselves.

Offering yoga and energy supports for over 20 years, Cara integrates her knowledge and practical experience to create spaces that support each participant. Yoga and energy studies include philosophies, physiology, human anatomy, energy anatomy, biomechanics, posture, physical assessment, teaching methodology, ayurveda, fascial theory, chakra balancing, meditation.
