martial arts classes

So some clarification for classes starting back up on Sunday.
I only teach on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Until something changes??
So classes go in rotation of 3.
1st night - FMA-Jun Fan
2nd night - grappling/silat-muay thai
3rd night- savate - sparring
Then the cycle will repeat.
Hopefully this helps in understanding.
And depending on your background, physical shape, previous martial arts will depend on where I believe to start your training.
