Come out and learn how allergies or intolerances are created by the body.

When the body experiences physical or emotional trauma, the subconscious mind can mistakenly associate neutral substances or environments present at the time (like a certain food, fabric, smell, or even a person), with the trauma itself.
If it associates one item, it becomes an intolerance.

If the subconscious associates two or more items, it's an allergy.
