Journey to Your Authentic Self

An integrative experience through intentional movement, breath, and soul discovery to receive insight, healing and guidance. This two-hour gathering creates space to connect with your authentic self to enhance your overall well-being.
Intentional experiences strengthens trust in listening to your divine self and allowing how you feel on the inside to guide how you respond on the outside.
Modalities applied include Celtic Shamanism, Drum and Turtle Rattle Medicine, Therapeutic Touch®, Reiki, Yoga, Breath, Meditation and Chakra Balancing activities. Bring what you need to create your nest - a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, water, and any of your supportive tools you are called to bring. Wear layers.
