Calm Kids in the Cave for Ages 7 to 11 (07/17/25)

In this calming and inspiring session in the Salt Cave, kids will learn simple tools for emotional balance and stress relief. Anne Marie will lead them through guided breathwork, mindful yoga and sound healing. The children will explore ways to center their energy, calm their nervous system and connect to inner peace, all while resting in the Salt Cave. Crystal Singing bowls and Chimes Sound Bath along with Group Reflection and Positive Affirmations are included. Wear white socks - 48 hr cancel policy
