Girl Scouts Lend a Paw Donation & Service Day - Partners for Pets

Join Us for the Final Event of the “Girl Scouts Lend a Paw” Summer Service Patch Program!

Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois will conclude the “Girl Scouts Lend a Paw” Summer Service Patch Program with a special Donation and Service Day at participating animal shelters.

Please register at the shelter where you have been collecting donations throughout the program. Due to limited space at some locations, we kindly ask that only registered Girl Scouts who participated in the Lend a Paw program sign up and attend this event.

At Partners for Pets, this in-person service opportunity will include basic cleaning tasks, animal socialization, a guided tour, and a Q&A session with shelter staff. Closed-toe shoes are required, and we recommend removing your Girl Scout vest after photos to keep it clean during service activities. Younger girls are welcome to help clean and organize until 11am, while Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors can help with larger cleaning and organizing projects until 12pm.
