1:00–5:30 PM for: vendor booths, workshops, demos, and immersive experiences

5:30–6:30 PM for transition time (dinner, music sound check, crowd shift)

6:30–8:30 PM for the firelight portion—rituals, music, movement, candle magic, etc.

Sunset: approx. 6:15–6:30 PM CST
Dusk/Blue Hour: around 6:45–7:15 PM
Twilight/Fireside Mood: from 7 PM onward
