We understand everyone’s schedules are busy and players sometimes can’t make all 8 Saturday morning sessions to our Starz of Tomorrow Youth Winter/Spring training sessions, so now you can pick what Saturday’s that fit into your schedule!
⭐️ For a limited time we will be accepting prorated sessions for individual Saturdays from January 17 to March 14 at the new SCSU Husky Dome. And YES, it’s WARMER & bigger & brighter!
⭐️ The cost is $25 for youth players and that includes a pizza 🍕 party every Saturday!
⭐️ Open for 10 additional 8 to 13-year-olds. 1st come-1st served! LIMITED ENROLLMENT!
⭐️ We also have TEAM rates and for those that can attend all 8 sessions you will get a 1/2 price discount to our MLK and Presidents’ Day camps!

Sessions 2 : February 21, 28, March 7 14
Session 3: March 21, 28, April 4, 11
AND Mondays, January 19 and February 16 for MLK & Presidents Day Camps at 1/2 price
Pre-and post-practice mobility session to increase flexibility and performance and reduce injury!
*LIVE hitting off the Hack Attacks in both the batting cages and LIVE BP on the field
*Blast Motion bat speed training and anti-rotational drill work
*Radar gun testing on arm strength and bat exit velocity
*Fundamental Pre-season Throwing program
*Specific position practice with NEW drill work in catching, infield, outfield and pitching
*Base running Basics with a Speed/Agility Program to increase foot speed
*Driveline plyo ball training done the right way to increase performance
*Baseball specific strength and conditioning to increase performance
*Sessions on mental imagery & breathing exercises to increase performance
*Nutrition session with weight management both increasing and decreasing body weight
*Analytical testing with Trackman the last few weeks of the program!
