Join us for Yin Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra Meditation and Reiki Energy.

Yoga Nidra: A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation. Most people are filled with inner tension and find it difficult to fully relax. Yoga Nidra takes a person effortlessly into a harmonious, restful state while remaining calm, alert and awake. At this level of rest the body can be restored, healed and awakened to our deepest, intuitive self.
