Strength in Action: Getting Comfortable with Self Defense

Join us as our hosts at Misfits JiuJitsu demonstrate some helpful self-defense techniques geared towards women and some potential situations they may experience in their day-to-day lives.

- Participants should wear clothes they can easily move in and avoid wearing any dresses or skirts.
- Some physical activity will occur - instruction suitable for most physical abilities.
- Release forms/waiver forms will be available via links in the the registration confirmation email - no one may participate without these forms being signed and turned in prior to the event.
