Walk & Talk

There is a unique power in walking side by side—feet moving forward, hearts open, spirits uplifted by fresh air and warm conversation. The WOW Walk & Talks are about connection—connection with God, with one another, and with our own well-being. Through regular walks in nature or around the neighborhood, the women of West Ridge gather to encourage, inspire, and support each other.

Once a month, we will gather at Mt Saint Mary’s Park in St Charles. Each gathering opens with a brief word of encouragement or Scripture, setting the tone for the walk. Sometimes the group shares prayer requests or a short devotional before heading out.
