If you’ve been questioning your relationship with alcohol, this conversation is for you.
We're so excited to host this judgment-free evening led by Geneva therapist Lindsey Liddicoatt of H&E Brighter Days, LLC.
With 14+ years of experience working in addiction and substance use, Lindsey's work is grounded in harm reduction, meaning no shame, no labels, and no all-or-nothing expectations.
Together, we’ll talk honestly about:
• why alcohol habits are hard to change
• what’s happening in the brain and nervous system
• tapering vs. stopping suddenly
• tools for cravings and habit change
• and how to move forward in a way that actually feels possible
MDW Founder Elizabeth Rago will also share her personal experience with alcohol and her ongoing shift toward sober living.
What prompted the change, what’s been hard, and why building better habits has been about feeling lighter, not restricted.
This is not a recovery meeting.
It’s not about perfection or forever decisions.
It is about clarity, relief, and better days ahead.
