Qoya Inspired Movement is a soulful embodiment practice based on the idea that through movement, we remember—remember that, like nature, our essence is wise, wild, and free. Drawing on the wisdom of yoga, the expressive freedom of dance, and the intuitive nourishment of free movement, Qoya offers a space to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Each class follows a familiar structure grounded in 13 guiding pillars, with a new theme introduced each time to help you deepen your connection to self. In this practice, you’ll learn to listen to the wisdom of your body, explore movement that feels good to you, and release stagnant energy and emotional blockages through embodied expression. Join Jackie to reclaim freedom, pleasure, and courage in your body—this is your invitation to move, feel, and remember who you truly are.
