We're thrilled to be collaborating with Active Cornwall to bring you a sea dip experience designed specifically for the over 55s. In partnership with Cornish Kelpie, we’re bringing you a rejuvenating and supportive sea dip experience that’s all about connection, relaxation, and the therapeutic benefits of cold water.

The sessions will be gentle and guided with a focus on floating, breathwork, gentle movement, and relaxation – harnessing the incredible physical and mental health benefits of cold water immersion in a safe and welcoming environment.

Whether you’re new to the water or a regular dipper, these sessions are designed to leave you feeling calm, centred, and empowered.

What to Expect:

• Breathwork techniques
• Gentle mobility and floating
• Relaxation in nature
• Community connection
• Bring a mug as we'll supply tea and coffee for after the dip.

Open to all over 55s – come as you are, no prior experience needed. Just bring an open mind, a towel, and a willingness to embrace the invigorating power of the sea!
