If you find yourself saying quietly or aloud, “God, I’m not okay” please know there is a seat at the table for you here.
This retreat is designed for those of us in the middle years of life who are carrying losses that others might not see—the end of a season, a shift in health, or a relationship that didn’t go the way we planned. It’s a soft place to land when you’re tired of pretending you have it all together.
What to Expect
We won't try to "fix" you. Instead, we’ll walk through three interconnected movements together:
1. Finding Understanding: We’ll put names to the heavy feelings you’ve been carrying, helping your mind settle and your heart feel a little less alone.
2. Practical Tools for Home: You’ll learn simple, life-giving rhythms—like setting boundaries and finding moments of music or laughter—that actually fit into your daily life.
3. A Space for Grace: Most importantly, we leave room for the Holy Spirit. No performance, no pressure—just a quiet, prayerful space to rest in God’s presence.
