Free Community Yoga – Every Other Saturday at 11am
St. Albans Yoga & Fitness Co-Op is happy to offer free yoga classes every other Saturday at 11am (beginning January 10th)—open to all levels and all bodies.

No experience needed. No cost.
Just come as you are and move in a supportive, judgment-free space!

Bring a mat if you have one (if not, we have mats & props), and feel free to bring a friend. We’d love to see you there! 🧡
