We can learn a lot about the people of Verulamium and their lives from the objects they buried in their graves – high class ceramics and glassware, bronze flagons and even gaming pieces used at a funeral rite.

And meet Posthumus, one of Verulamium’s most famous residents.

The story of the Roman Town of Verulamium comes to life in these regular gallery talks on a variety of subjects every weekend at Verulamium Museum.
