Asana and Acu-Massage

Relax, unwind, and deepen your practice in this Sunday afternoon workshop with Kristi blending Asana (yoga postures) with Acupressure Massage. Spend the afternoon in light asana coupled with learning massage and acupressure techniques you can give to yourself using props you have around your house! This session is designed to enhance energy flow, release tension and find balance, both physically and mentally, for the week ahead.
