On behalf of the New Brunswick New Democratic Party (NB NDP) Executive and Provincial Council, we extend notice and warmly invite you to attend the NB NDP Convention to be held on May 31st and June 1st 2025 at the Château Saint John Hotel & Suites 369 Rockland Road in Saint John, New Brunswick.
We are already beginning to prepare for the next provincial election in 2028. The 2025 convention will be an opportunity for us to unite to reinvigorate our party and establish new tools to adapt to the changing world we live in. During the convention there will be an opportunity to adopt new policies to steer our movement forward into the future, modernize our constitution, and to get to know New Democrats from across New Brunswick.
At the Convention, members will also be invited to review the leadership of New Brunswick NDP Leader, Mr. Alex White.
Several positions on our provincial executive will also be up for election namely:
President, Vice-President-Language, Secretary-Treasurer, and 5 Regional Representatives. The process for nomination to executive will require those interested to request the “Candidate Information Package” by emailing us at

aW5mbyB8IG5ibmRwICEgY2E= in advance, or in-person during the Convention no later than four hours after the Call to Order on Saturday May 31st.
In accordance with Article 3 Section 9 of the NB NDP Constitution, Members may submit policy resolutions and constitutional amendments through their Local Registered District Association (RDA) or through an Affiliate (Caucus) Wing of the Party. If you would like to know more about your local RDA or information on when Affiliate (Caucus) Wings of the Party are meeting, please email
aW5mbyB8IG5ibmRwICEgY2E=. For resolutions and constitutional amendments to be considered at Convention they must be submitted to the Convention Planning Committee no later than midnight on Wednesday the 30th of April 2025 by email at

Advance Registration to Convention is now open. The delegate fee for the convention is $50 per person. Since we are an inclusive party, the executive has approved an “unwaged delegate fee” of $25 for those experiencing financial barriers to attend Convention. To register please fill out the registration form included in this email. Delegate fees can be paid online at nbndp.ca/donate making sure you add “Convention Delegate Fee” in the comment section or in person (cash or cheque only) at the Registration Table before the beginning of each Convention days.
Upon registration, you will receive email updates regarding our Keynote Speaker, the agenda, Policy and Constitutional Amendment Booklet (after the submission deadline), as well as other important information.

Au nom de l’exécutif et du conseil provincial du Nouveau Parti Démocratique du Nouveau-Brunswick (NPD NB), nous vous donnons un préavis et vous invitons chaleureusement à assister au congrès du NDP NB qui aura lieu les 31 mai et 1er juin 2025 au Château Saint John Hotel & Suites, 369, chemin Rockland à Saint Jean au Nouveau Brunswick.
Nous commençons déjà à nous préparer pour les élections provinciales de 2028. Le congrès de 2025 nous donnera l’occasion de se rassembler pour revigorer notre parti et discuter afin d’établir de nouveaux outils afin de s’adapter au monde changeant dans lequel nous vivons. Au cours du congrès, nous aurons l’occasion d’adopter de nouvelles politiques pour orienter notre mouvement vers l’avenir, de moderniser notre constitution et d’apprendre à connaître les néo-démocrates de partout au Nouveau-Brunswick.
Lors du congrès, les membres seront également invités à passer en revue le leadership du chef du NPD du Nouveau-Brunswick, M. Alex White.
Plusieurs postes au sein de notre exécutif provincial seront en élection, à savoir :
Président, vice-président-Langue, secrétaire-trésorier et 5 représentants régionaux. Dans le cadre du processus de nomination à l’exécutif, les personnes intéressées devront demander la « trousse d’information du candidat » par courriel à

Conformément à l’article 3, section 9 des Statuts du NPD NB, les membres peuvent soumettre des résolutions de politique et des modifications constitutionnelles par l’intermédiaire de leur association de circonscription locale enregistrée (ADR) ou d’une aile affiliée (caucus) du parti. Si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur votre ADR locale ou avoir des informations sur les réunions des ailes affiliées (caucus) du Parti, veuillez faire parvenir un courriel à

L’inscription préalable du Congrès est maintenant ouverte. Les frais de délégué sont de 50 $ par personne. Comme nous sommes un parti inclusif, l’exécutif a approuvé des « frais non rémunérés » de 25 $ pour les délégués ayant des obstacles financiers pour assister au Congrès. Pour vous inscrire, veuillez remplir le formulaire d’inscription ci-joint. Les frais d’inscription des délégués peuvent être payés en ligne à nbndp.ca/donate en inscrivant « frais des délégués au Congrès » dans la section commentaires ou en personne à la table d’inscription avant le début de chacune des journées de congrès (en espèces ou chèques seulement).
À la suite de votre inscription, vous recevrez des mises à jour par courriel au sujet de notre conférencier principal, l’ordre du jour, le livret sur les politiques et les amendements constitutionnels (après la date limite de soumission), ainsi que d’autres informations importantes.
