2025 Sammy’s Bikes Spring Fling Bicycle Show & Ride

When: Sunday May 4th
Where: Sammy’s Bikes, 602 S First St, St. Charles, IL 60174
Event Time: 10am-1pm. Bike ride @1pm

Come join us in beautiful downtown St Charles just off the paved river bicycle path at Sammy's Bikes Bicycle Shop to welcome the new riding season, talk bicycles, and show off your pride and joy!

Several fun bicycle related games, a raffle to win some cool bike swag (all benefiting the local Casa Kane County charity), look at some gorgeous bicycles, and show and tell with like minded enthusiasts!

Full details:
9:30am: Show bike registration. Free swag bag for first 25 people entering bikes. Show Bikes $8ea to enter, 3 or more $20 total. No limit on entries
10:00am: Event opens to the public (FREE ENTRY)
10:00am-12:30pm: Count the valve stems in a jar contest. Free entry. Winner @12:30pm, and needs to be present
11:30am: Tire hula hoop contest. Free entry
12:15pm: Frozen t-shirt contest. Free entry
12:45pm, Raffle Prize Drawing. Tickets are $1, no limit. Winners need to be present. Proceeds benefit Casa Kane County, advocating for the voice of children in foster care
1:00pm Vintage Bike Cruise. Hop on any bike (classic’s preferred) for a fun paced, no drop ride down the Fox River Trail to Batavia and back. Approx 10-15 miles
