About the event

Still & Sound: Yoga and Sound Bath
✨ Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation and healing ✨
Experience a 45-minute gentle yoga practice, including a floor-based yoga sequence to unwind your body and a Yoga Nidra meditation to quiet your mind. We will end with a 45-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls to restore your energy and leave you feeling deeply renewed.

No standing poses required – simply come as you are and melt into rest.

$20 per person
Doors open at 3:10

Important: Crystal singing bowls may not be suitable for individuals with pacemakers, so please consult your physician. If you are sensitive to sounds, you are welcome to bring earplugs – you will still receive the benefits of sound healing through the vibrations.
