Join Us at Hearth Home 🌟
This World AIDS Day, we honor the global theme of “Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response.” By standing together to raise awareness, fight stigma, and uplift those affected by HIV in our communities.
Hearth Home will be hosting a free HIV Testing Event to support early detection, education, and empowerment. Our team will be on-site providing rapid HIV testing, safer sex materials, and guidance to help anyone who needs care get connected to services at Great Lakes Bay Health Centers — including PrEP, primary care, behavioral health, and supportive referrals.
