Let go, slow down, and sink into stillness with this deeply restorative monthly sound bath. Each session is a journey through soothing vibrations — using crystal bowls, chimes and more to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance.

Settle into cosy surroundings as you're gently held by sound. A beautiful way to release stress, support sleep, and reconnect with your inner calm.

No experience needed — just bring yourself and any comfy extras to make it super cosy (we have mats, blankets and bolsters, but feel free to bring more to make it comfy).
