Join us for this special one-day course with Resident Teacher Sarah Frew as we explore the Liberating Prayer β a profound prayer that encapsulates all the essential stages of the path to enlightenment. More than just words, this prayer is a condensed Lamrim teaching that includes renunciation, bodhichitta, and the correct view of emptiness.
Through clear and inspiring commentary, weβll learn how to deepen our faith in Buddha Shakyamuni and draw closer to the source of all Dharma realizations. The day will conclude with a Refuge Vow Ceremony, where those who wish can formally make the commitment to enter and follow the Buddhist path.
