Gentle Flow + Celebration of life

Join us for a special, heart-centered class honoring the life and spirit of our beloved yogi friend, Glenn.

This gentle, floor-based class is accessible to all levels and is designed to offer comfort, connection, and peace.
We invite you to bring a pillow or cushion to use as a bolster for extra support and rest.
After class, we’ll gather to share our favorite memories—funny moments, words of wisdom, and the unforgettable energy Glenn brought to our community.
Mimosas, coffee, water, and light pastries will be lovingly provided by Dr. Janssen and Linda as we come together to celebrate a life well-lived.
This is a donation-based class. Please give what feels aligned in your heart.
