Tea Time: Spill the Tea with Women in Wellness

Tea Time is a sacred two-part experience where women gather in sisterhood to explore the phases of the womb, from menstruation to menopause, while learning how nutrition, movement, and ritual can support each stage. Together, we’ll create custom herbal tea blends, practice Kemetic womb yoga, experience waist bead adornment, and share in the healing wisdom of vaginal steaming.
