SR-70 Binney Junction Project

This Caltrans CMGC project will rehabilitate existing roadway, replace existing railroad underpasses, construct sidewalks, increase multi-modal mobility, relocate the existing east finger levee.

This pre-bid meeting is designed to help contractors prepare to pursue work on this Caltrans CM/GC project.
